Junior Grapplers Program
Designed for kids, this program focuses on teaching the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Through engaging classes, students will learn practical self-defense techniques, build confidence, and develop important values like discipline and respect.

ABOUT OUR CLASSES
Duration: 60 minutes
For Gi Jiu-Jitsu, you'll need a clean, well-maintained uniform (gi) and a belt that corresponds to your rank. For No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, appropriate attire includes rash guards and board shorts or spats that are tight-fitting and do not have pockets or loops.
Cleanliness and personal hygiene are paramount in our classes to ensure a safe and healthy training environment for everyone. Always come to class with freshly laundered attire, trimmed nails, and no jewelry. This not only respects the art and your fellow practitioners but also helps prevent the spread of bacteria and infections. Let’s keep our mat space pristine and our community healthy!
